guys,
let gather up for this next AFOS festival, this 18 may...pls give u[p list of name here before 5 may...i believe there will be a free ticket for us Radical Society to join up the Biggest Car Club Gathering at Sepang. Just like those days where we end up nearly won the best car clubs

from Kelly Khaw Motorsport Asia, Thanks very much for your interest! All we need is:-
1. The contact details of the President/ Vice President of the club
2. Official car club name
3. and the number of cars attending the event (plus estimation on the number of people so I can arrange free entrance for you – Sunday entrance is RM12 for General Public).
We have to limit the number of cars per club to 20 (so that all cars can fit into the grandstand) but if you have more than that just let me know and I see how I can try to squeeze it in.
Please find the event flyers attached and provisional itinerary (below) for car clubs. We will hold a meeting with all car club presidents before the event (maybe on 14th May night) to ensure all car clubs are well informed about the event procedures. Please let me know if you’re okay with this date.
Note: There are no charges for car clubs to participate in this gathering and we will try our best to provide free entries to those who come along with the car clubs.
Itinerary for Car Clubs Gathering (Provisional, subject to changes)
10.00am – Arrival of car clubs at car park PA
10.05am – Entry to Grandstand Mall Area
1.00pm – Pit Walkabout
3.00pm – Malaysia Book of Records official recording
3.30pm – Photo session with Race Queens from projectracequeens.com.
4.45pm – Announcement of Best Car Club Award
