Last week, after I back home from the KL, I decided to jump on my bike and explore more to the Kemensah rural. The weather that day was good, little bit cloudy and unfortunately not windy, which made the journey bit tiring. I start solely from my house at Melawati, paddle to Taman Zoo view which can between Kemensah road and Taman Melawati. The road was little bit twisted with up and down hills via the big fabulous bunglows.
Along the road that after noon, I spot some mtb bikers head out the Kemensah road. It’s a good custom to wave the fellow mtb bikers, way to say ‘hai’ and hopefully we will meet again. At the Kemensah road, there is a small ‘town’ where there was a small warung, convenient stores where the residents get their stuff there. I paddle until there no houses around and starts enter the jungle area. Over there, there are some small minis resorts operate locally by the Kemensah local people. It was perfect for small family gathering and picnics. I rode until the junction at the Fishing pond and Kemensah chalet. I decided to try explored up to the Kem UMNO Ghafar Baba, the hill so steep and I had to give all the energy out and not to stop the middle.
Along the way I can see the new area already cleared for like some kind of new project. I paddle more up hills and found the new ATV park which was a private area. Over there was some moto-x riders play around the hills around there. That was my stop and I had a break to recharge my energy. It was quit late where it’s nearly dark; I paddle and speed up back to my house via the same route. It was good, fresh air road, no traffic and very safe road to ride. The track was quit tough once you enter the jungle/picnic area because it’s actually gradually paddle up to the hills.
