No matter what, there are always new areas to explore and new spot to discover. Last Saturday night (16 December 2006), Radical Putrajaya Nite cruise held to bond and get to know among members while show off the rides. It was amazing when the mad cruisers arrived one by one to the meeting point, ProJet Ulu Kelang car park.
Nearly 15 various cars were to leave ProJet Ulu Kelang car park at 10:30 p.m. via MRR2 highway so as not to impede homebound traffic. At 11:00 p.m., the cruise’s lead car, Mitsubishi Evo V, rounded the corner MRR2 onto Besraya Highway. A Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IV swung around to join the line as the Protons, Toyotas, Hondas and Peroduas and others.
After that, we hit the road again heading towards Putrajaya Mosque, Unfortunately, when we arrived there, the Putrajaya Mosque car park already closed and we decided to divert and headed to Putrajaya Bridge. The place was incredible with people parked their car (mostly pimped rides) while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
With the empty stomach, the members decided to go over to the Mamak’s place nearby for a quick meal and for the social side of things i.e. catching up on the gossip. After about half an hour, most everyone was filled so it was decided to head off for photo shoot.
Lead by the Atoy’s Hilux Turbo and permission by the security, we got the best spots to shoot group photo which is in front of the Kementerian Belia dan Sukan’s building. We had a splendid photo shoot, done by Radical Official photographers, Mr. Orange and Mr. Slots. Photo shoot over, we hit the road back home to Kuala Lumpur.
It was great to catch up with so many people, some we hadn't met before and others who are old friends. Everyone had to travel a bit to get there, some a whole lot further than others, but all agreed well worth the trip.
Thank you to all members made our weekend very special, loads of fun and very memorable. We hope more members can join on the next one.
